In this role, you’ll contribute to driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and upholding our operational and visual standards. You’ll represent the brand with enthusiasm and help create a joyful, elevated shopping experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer EngagementDeliver outstanding customer service and clienteling.Support the team in achieving sales goals and maintaining selling standards.Create a welcoming and vibrant shopping environment.Team CollaborationWork closely with fellow associates to enhance selling skills and team effectiveness.Foster a positive and inclusive team atmosphere. Operational SupportAssist with daily operations including cash handling, inventory, and loss prevention protocols.Follow operational policies and procedures with accuracy.Store Standards & MerchandisingSupport visual and promotional directives, ensuring the store reflects La DoubleJ’s standards of style and presentation.Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually compelling at all times.Brand RepresentationServe as a brand ambassador, embodying the bold and joyful spirit of La DoubleJ.Stay current with fashion trends and demonstrate an understanding of how to create vibrant, on-brand looks.Physical & Work EnvironmentOperate cash registers and computers efficiently.Perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 15 pounds.Foster a collaborative and professional work climate that inspires mutual trust and respect.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of retail selling experience.Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.Strong communication and observation skills with an eye for customer behavior.Ability to retain and apply product knowledge and company policies effectively.If you’re passionate about fashion, teamwork, and creating memorable customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
