This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to interpret technical documents, and experience working in a manufacturing environment.\nWhat You'll Do\n\nBuild electrical control panels using point-to-point wiring methods\nInstall and assemble a variety of electrical and mechanical components\nInterpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions\nDetermine proper assembly sequence and methods when needed\nUse hand tools and electrical tools (crimpers, strippers, screwdrivers, soldering irons, etc.)\nPerform drilling, grinding, deburring, and other basic fabrication tasks\nIdentify and question inconsistencies in drawings or specifications\nUpdate documentation to reflect completed \"as-built\" assemblies\nMove materials using forklifts or hand pallet jacks\nMaintain accurate build and production records\nWork independently while following established processes and quality standards\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nExperience in electrical or electromechanical assembly\nAbility to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints\nFamiliarity with hand tools used in electrical assembly\nStrong focus on accuracy and workmanship\nAbility to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision\nForklift experience is a plus\nWork Environment\n\nIndustrial manufacturing setting\nRequires standing for long periods and occasional lifting/material handling\nWhat We Offer\n\nFull benefits package including medical, dental, and vision\nPTO and retirement plan\nStable 1st shift schedule\nLinked, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
