We can’t wait to hear from you!\n_________________________________\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable web applications using Java and React.\nCollaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, and translate them into technical designs and implementation plans.\nWrite clean, modular, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.\nPerform code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and suggest improvements to ensure high-quality deliverables.\nTroubleshoot and debug complex issues, and provide timely resolutions.\nCollaborate with the UI/UX team to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.\nStay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools in the Java and React ecosystem, and propose their adoption when appropriate.\nMentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and promoting best practices.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.\nRequirements:\n5+ years of professional experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.\nProven experience in developing web applications using React and its ecosystem (React Router, Redux, etc.).\nStrong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.\nExperience with RESTful APIs and web services integration.\nFamiliarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.\nProficient in version control systems, such as Git.\nSolid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nExperience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) is a plus.\nExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.\nAbout STG\nOur unique consulting company has been changing lives since 1996, providing full-time employment with benefits and paid time off.
