The Assistant will manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments with internal stakeholders and external partners. Responsibilities include handling email and chat communications, preparing basic reports, organizing digital files, and updating spreadsheets or internal systems. The Assistant will support customer or client inquiries by routing requests, gathering information, and following up as needed. The role also involves assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and basic research to help teams work efficiently.Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.Proficiency with standard office software and collaboration tools (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, word processing, video conferencing platforms).Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams, customers, and partners.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.Comfort with learning new systems or software related to scheduling, task management, or customer support.Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, or coordination roles is preferred but not required.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, administration, or a related field is a plus.
