For more information regarding DEI at Beyondsoft, please go to https://www.beyondsoft.com/diversity/.\n\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nWe are seeking a UX/UI Designer who can create high fidelity wireframes, develop prototypes, and use Figma proficiently to make low to mid-fidelity designs for usability testing and transform designs into high fidelity prototypes.\n\nResponsibilities:\nRESPONSABILITIES\n\nElevate design concepts to HiFi interfaces using Fluent UI design system in Figma, ready for testing.\n\nCreate and manage a reusable component library in Figma for design consistency.\nAlign design efforts with project requirements for user-centric solutions.\nBuild Figma prototypes for usability testing, incorporating interaction design.\nUpdate designs responsively and quickly based on feedback from UX test sessions, team reviews, and other feedback forums.\nEfficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.\nQualifications:\nRequirements:\n\nAdvanced Figma skills with experience in Fluent UI and complex component construction.\n\nExperience in building and maintaining a Figma component library for future designs\nNice to have experience using Microsoft's Fluent UI standards / Fluent UI design system .\nSolid UX/UI design foundation for intuitive and visually appealing design creation.\nProven ability to create responsive, accessible designs across web and mobile.\nExceptional technical precision and attention to detail in design execution.\nAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.\nExcellent communication for seamless collaboration with teams.\n\nThis role is essential for integrating design concepts into functional prototypes, ensuring readiness for user testing and future scalability.\n\nWHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:\nBecause we know how important our people are to the success of our clients, it’s a priority to make sure we stay committed to our employees and making Beyondsoft a great place to work.
