This is a hands-on, physically active role in a fast-paced warehouse environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. If you are organized, adaptable, and ready to be the backbone of our studio, we would love to meet you!\nWhat you’ll do:\nReceive, verify, and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices, reporting any damaged or missing items promptly.\nOrganize, label, store, handle, and transport materials safely, including fragile or hazardous items, in designated warehouse locations following warehouse procedures.\nPrepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling materials accurately according to project and customer requirements.\nOperate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse by managing inventory layout, keeping aisleways clear, and supporting efficient studio operations.\nCollaborate closely with warehouse and installation teams to manage priorities, adapt to changing schedules, and keep materials moving efficiently.\nDeliver materials to job sites as needed using company vehicles, including 24-foot box trucks and cargo vans.\nStay informed by reviewing the warehouse calendar and regularly checking email and Microsoft Teams for schedules, priorities, and updates.\nFollow all safety policies and regulations while in the warehouse, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety vests and work boots at all times.\nWho you are:\nYou have furniture installation experience (highly preferred) and prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience (preferred), along with a high school diploma or equivalent.\nYou are highly organized, manage your time well, and can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.\nYou have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset to support internal teams.\nYou are comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, staging materials, unloading deliveries, and occasional site work.\nYou have forklift experience (preferred) and are willing to obtain certification through company training.\nYou hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record for occasional use of company vehicles.\nYou have basic computer skills and are familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) and are willing to learn new software systems to support inventory management and order processing (e.g., SnapTracker and Hedberg).\nYou are dependable and punctual, demonstrating consistent attendance and commitment to scheduled hours.\nYou have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.\nYou demonstrate initiative, adaptability, a positive attitude, and work well independently and as part of a team.\nWork Environment:\nThis full-time role is based on-site at our warehouse in Aurora, CO, and requires in-person presence Monday through Friday. Standard operating hours are generally 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, and overtime opportunities may be offered based on operational needs. Occasional travel to the downtown Denver office is required for company meetings and events.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThis role involves regular physical activity, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds. You’ll spend much of your day standing, walking, and driving a forklift as part of warehouse operations, and you’ll need the flexibility to bend, stoop, crouch, or kneel to handle items stored on lower shelves or in tight spaces.
