The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience, cost control expertise, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time, on budget, and in compliance with all requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning & Execution\nLead end-to-end delivery of facility buildouts, expansions, renovations, and new site launches.\nOversee project planning, design development, permitting, procurement, and execution.\nManage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.\nCoordinate office layouts, space planning, and integration of furniture, equipment, and building systems.\nBudget & Cost Management\nDevelop detailed project budgets, including estimating, tracking, and forecasting.\nReview contractor and subcontractor proposals for accuracy and competitive pricing.\nManage change orders, including review, negotiation, and documentation.\nTrack and report all project financials to ensure adherence to budget.\nTeam & Vendor Coordination\nManage architects, engineers, general contractors, internal teams, and specialty vendors.\nConduct site meetings, monitor field activities, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.\nOversee bid processes, contract negotiations, and performance evaluations.\nRegulatory & Security Compliance\nEnsure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations.\nSupport and oversee DoD, secure construction, and SCIF-related requirements when applicable.\nCoordinate inspections, certifications, and documentation required for occupancy or accreditation.\nRisk & Quality Management\nIdentify risks related to cost, schedule, or compliance and implement mitigation strategies.\nOversee quality control to ensure construction meets design intent and specifications.\nManage punch list completion, closeout documentation, and turnover to Facilities Operations.\nStakeholder Communication\nProvide regular updates to leadership, including schedule status, budget tracking, and risks.\nPresent milestone updates and project summaries to internal and executive stakeholders.\nCoordinate project readiness with IT, Security, EHS, and other internal partners.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (required).\n7+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, including office buildouts and renovations.\nExperience with DoD environments and secure/SCIF construction strongly preferred.\nProficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and related design coordination tools.\nStrong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change order processes.\nExperience with project closeout, punch lists, and turnover documentation.\nFamiliarity with project management tools (MS Project, Procore, or similar).\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.\nPMP or similar credential is a plus.\nThis position requires the ability to obtain a security clearance, for which U.S. citizenship is needed by U.S. Government.\nWork Environment\nRole may require travel to active project sites and vendor locations.\nMust be able to work in secure and controlled environments depending on project scope.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $125,000-$160,000\nThe salary range listed is based on external market data.
