You will be a vital part of the production line, confirming that advanced electronics meet all functional and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Testing: Execute production line acceptance testing, including insulation and functional tests.Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot basic test failures and document findings according to defined processes.Schematic Mastery: Follow work instructions and electrical drawings to perform inspections and testing accurately.Safety & Compliance: Observe work areas for unsafe practices and PPE compliance, reporting concerns promptly to leadership.Precision Documentation: Record test results and complete required test reports timely and accurately.Maintenance: Maintain organized and efficient work areas to meet 6S standards. QualificationsLevel of Experience: Associate level with at least 1 year of experience in quality control testing (2 years preferred).Technical Proficiency: Expert use of digital oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, high-voltage isolators, and current clamps.Blueprint Reading: Strong ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics.Problem Solver: Demonstrated troubleshooting and analytical skills.Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.Communication: Proficient in English (oral and written) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
