This role is a means to make a difference: you will be on the front lines of helping our company scale.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nProvide excellent customer service and a positive recruiting experience for candidates\r\nEnsure all candidate processes are followed diligently and efficiently\r\nOwn every aspect of interview scheduling and communicate all logistics to candidates and interview teams\r\nPartner with hiring managers to ensure next steps are happening quickly and candidates are kept up-to-date\r\nManage and coordinate all candidate travel and reimbursements\r\nMaintain our Applicant Tracking System and prepare candidate-related materials, ensuring data integrity\r\nParticipate in and lead projects to improve our recruiting practices\r\nReceive mentorship from a team-oriented group of recruiting professionals\r\nWill require occasional in-office presence as business needs arise\r\nRequirements\r\n1+ years recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced environment\r\nExperience with global scheduling, email, spreadsheet, and word processing software applications\r\nDemonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Lever), interview platforms (e.g. HackerRank), and/or scheduling software (e.g. Goodtime)\r\nEagerness to work with diverse teams\r\nBachelor's degree (preferred)\r\nAuthorization to work in the United States\r\nIdeal Profile\r\nThrives in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to continuously reprioritize while crushing through tasks with a strict attention to detail\r\nResourceful problem-solver who can see around corners, anticipating and resolving issues for self and others\r\nFlexible team player with a positive attitude and strong service orientation\r\nQuickly develops trust with a variety of people through excellent communication, discretion with confidential information, and outstanding organization and follow-through\r\nSelf-learner with curiosity and interest in improving processes and learning new skills\r\nThe base salary for this position is $85,000 in the location(s) of this posting.
