Electrician
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team, supporting both industrial and commercial electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, construction site experience, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, ensuring safety and compliance with NEC standards while utilizing a variety of hand and power tools. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, wiring, and installation, with a focus on high and low voltage systems.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial and commercial settings
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute projects accurately
Use hand tools, power tools, ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics to diagnose electrical issues
Work safely with high voltage and low voltage systems following NEC guidelines
Troubleshoot electrical problems efficiently and implement effective solutions
Assist in construction activities such as framing carpentry related to electrical installations
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
Collaborate with construction teams on site to complete projects within deadlines
Skills
Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or commercial environments
Strong knowledge of NEC standards for electrical wiring and safety protocols
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics for troubleshooting and installation
Experience working on construction sites with a focus on electrical systems
Familiarity with high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) electrical systems
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in dynamic environments
Construction site experience is preferred for understanding project workflows and safety procedures
This position requires candidates to possess relevant electrical experience, demonstrate technical skills with various tools and instruments, and adhere strictly to safety standards. The role offers the chance to contribute to complex projects while advancing your expertise within the electrical trade.

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
