This role operates with significant autonomy and institutional trust in identifying opportunities to improve how the school’s systems work together.\nSalary: $105,000 – $125,000 annually.\nOpen until filled.\n\nRequirements\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the school’s SIS and LMS architecture and academic data workflows\nMaintain integrations between admissions, finance, health, and instructional systems\nDesign and maintain institutional reporting structures and datasets\nConduct data integrity and access audits to ensure system reliability\nImprove operational workflows across departments through automation and integration\nSupport responsible data governance and security practices across school systems\n\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of experience managing, architecting, or optimizing complex enterprise databases, CRMs, or ERP systems.\nProven ability to build and maintain automated data pipelines and system integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, ETL processes, and custom connectors).\nAdvanced proficiency in SQL, data querying, and scripting languages for workflow automation and data analysis.\nDemonstrated experience implementing and enforcing data governance, privacy compliance, and enterprise information security protocols.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.\nBurke’s does not sponsor employment visas.
