Its founding team includes experienced leaders from finance, software, and life insurance, including the co-founder of Strava and Guidewire.About the RoleInclined is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help develop its consumer lending product, underwriting and loan management systems, and internal tools for sales and operations teams. The role involves solving complex product challenges by turning varied loan requirements, eligibility rules, and business processes into clean, extensible code and straightforward user experiences.You'll work closely with engineering, product, design, and other stakeholders in a small, collaborative team. As part of Inclined's engineering culture, you'll also rotate through project leadership responsibilities, starting with smaller features and progressing to larger initiatives.
