We believe that a challenging environment and an enthusiastic culture, coupled with a comprehensive benefits package allow our employees to reach their full potential and attain their professional goals.\nResponsibilities\nSpecific tasks include:\nFacilitating the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Executing (PPBE) process.\nDeveloping and maintaining program acquisition documentation and program schedules.\nPerforming analysis of budgets and schedules needed to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned portions of a program or programs.\nManaging all project funds and ensuring funding obligation goals are met.\nProviding advice on financial analysis issues, concerns, and special projects.\nCoordinating, negotiating, and resolving financial compliance issues with various governmental agencies to ensure accurate interpretation of contract requirements.\nPreparing Information Papers in response to Congressional inquiries or funding cuts.\nMonitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual cost and schedule objectives are met.\nInterfacing with management, responding to their requests for financial data.\nResolving reporting and compliance issues.\nInterfacing with the Government Program Manager supporting all tasks and subtasks for program direction.\nEffectively communicating and coordinating with the military leadership, US Government customers, and Contractors.\nPlanning and assisting major system life cycle support tasks/functions including requirements definition, acquisition, integration, test and evaluation, fielding/installation, and disposition.\nEstablishing and/or maintaining a risk management plan for the program.\nParticipating in weekly project meetings to review project progress and issues.\nSalary Range: $55,000 - $130,000/Year, DOE\nSkills Required\nU.S. Citizenship (required).\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance (required).\nExcellent qualitative, quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.\nFamiliarity with Department of Defense acquisition policies (required).\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel to include the ability to produce graphs and tables, pivot tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and PowerPoint.\nExperience developing P&R Forms for large acquisition programs (desirable).\nExperience with producing Milestone acquisition documentation (desirable).\nExperience with Government tools and systems such as Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR), General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT), and P&R Forms (desirable).\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.\nFull-Time\nSecurity Clearance\nMid-Level\nbusiness\nOn-site\nBenefits\nWe offer competitive salaries commensurate with education and experience.
