This includes ensuring every team member is engaged and achieving key results while delivering a world-class guest experience. You will manage store operations such as scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, financial reporting, and safety.\n\nIn addition to operational management, you will lead, develop, and motivate your team, implementing strategies to drive sales and meet business goals in a competitive marketplace. By collaborating with your leadership team, you will coach and cultivate a high-performing team that consistently meets or exceeds expectations.
