Check us out here: https://youtu.be/6JR5tJ6cm3YAbout The JobSupervise installation and dismantling of equipment, including the erection and breakdown of scaffolds, ladders, walkways and handrails, floorings, etc. Oversee and enforce company safety standards. Oversee operations of multiple crews for projects.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in an industry with construction and/or scaffolding experienceManage and direct the safe and efficient installation/removal of equipment in accordance with project specific plans and layoutsStudy plans, blueprints, and equipment lists prior to on-site installationUphold company safety standards and ensure appropriate safety measures are followedOversee fall protection requirements while erecting / dismantling scaffoldsEnsures that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shiftSupervise, train and evaluate the performance of assigned team; prepare and administer corrective actions as neededManage and direct the loading and unloading of equipment and materials form truck and vehiclesBudget management; organize and oversee costs and expendituresEnsure the timely submittal and accuracy of crew sheets, time cards and job reportsWork with customers ensure full client satisfaction in relation to the quality of service and finished product within planned time schedulesRequirementsJob Requirements:The position requires a background check and drug screeningValid Driver’s License with a good driving record; must meet the requirements to operate company vehiclesFrequent travel in the US and possibly abroadTolerance for the physical demands of working outdoors for long hoursMust be able to work overtimeMust meet eligiblity requirements to operate company vehiclesProficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsComputer and internet fluencyAbility to work both independently and within a teamAble to lift-up to 75IbsBilingual (Spanish/ English) PreferredHaving a valid US Passport is a plus, but not requiredOSHA training or certification is a plusScaffold training and certification is a plusLocation / Travel:Extensive travel in the US 50% - 90% of the time on the roadEducationHigh school or equivalentBachelor’s or Associates Degree PreferredRequired License Or CertificationValid Driver’s LicenseCompensation: $75,000 + based on experience.
