We provide wraparound services for individuals, couples, youth, and families impacted by substance use, compulsive behaviors, betrayal trauma, and attachment distress.Our clinical approach integrates evidence-based therapies with recovery principles, drawing from modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Experiencing, Narrative Therapy, and contemporary neuroscience. We are committed to cultivating long-term sobriety, healthy relationships, and meaningful spiritual and personal growth.Role DescriptionNew Pattern Counseling is seeking licensed or pre-licensed clinicians to join our collaborative treatment team. Clinicians will provide individual, couples, family, and/or group counseling while maintaining a caseload of approximately 12–18 clients weekly (part-time) or 19–30 clients weekly(full-time). This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing recovery-focused community while simultanteouly developing clinical expertise in addiction treatment, trauma therapy, and relational healing. New Pattern Counseling strongly supports individual clinician development.
