Logistics Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Logistics Operations team in Limerick. This is an early-career opportunity for someone who is interested in building experience in logistics, customer service, and operations coordination within a global supply chain environment. You will play an important support role in ensuring customers receive accurate updates, queries are handled efficiently, and day-to-day operational processes run smoothly. Full training will be provided. How you will contributeWe are looking for someone who is reliable, organised, and eager to learn, with a positive approach to customer service and teamwork. 1–2 years experience in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, or similar environments Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with people Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience beneficial) Calm, supportive approach when handling queries or issues Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and develop This role is best suited to someone early in their career who is looking to build experience in logistics and operations coordination. What you will bringFluent in English, both written and spoken. Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role; experience within logistics or supply chain is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving ability with a proactive, solution-focused mindset. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM or ticketing systems is desirable. Working hoursThis role operates on a rotational shift pattern (Monday to Friday): Early shift: 7:30am – 4:00pm Mid shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm Late shift: 8:30am – 5:00pm Compensation DP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
