You’ll manage portions of larger projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to complex solutions with opportunities to advance into senior technical or project leadership roles.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead gravity and lateral system selection, layout, and detailed analysis and design, contributing to workflow planning and project delivery.\nWork with the Engineer of Record (EOR) to establish codes, loads, analysis methods, and tools; seismic analysis experience is a plus.\nApply experience with steel and reinforced concrete while broadening skills with timber, masonry, aluminum, and stainless steel.\nDevelop creative design solutions, evaluate alternatives, and prepare/review calculations, drawings, reports, and BIM models (Revit).\nPerform inspections and condition assessments of existing structures, across all shifts as needed, and document findings.\nSupport construction administration through site observation reports and coordination with project managers.\nPerform QA/QC reviews and progressively increase responsibility toward leading as an EOR.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (required).\nMaster’s degree with a structural emphasis (preferred).\n5+ years of recent, full-time structural design and engineering experience.\nFamiliarity with IBC-style codes and U.S. national standards.\nProficiency in structural analysis software (SAP2000, ETABS, RISA3D preferred).\nKnowledge of BIM tools (Revit preferred).\nEngineer Intern (EI) required; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain.\nStrong problem-solving skills with critical thinking, initiative, and clear communication.\nBenefits\nOngoing professional development with mentoring and clear opportunities to move into senior technical or project leadership roles.\n401(k) with employer matching.\nHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance.\nCompany-paid short- and long-term disability, AD&D, and life coverage.\nAccident and critical illness insurance.\nPaid time off, nine company holidays, flexible scheduling, and hybrid remote/in-office options.\nPotential for bonus pay.\nTuition reimbursement.\nNotes\nThis description provides a general overview and may evolve to meet project needs.\nApplicants must hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
