Sales Manager
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to join a leading company of consumer electronics, smart home devices, robotics, or outdoor power equipment. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve aggressive sales targets and revenue goals for Yarbo robotic lawn mowers across the North American market.Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, establishing a robust sales infrastructure and processes.Expand and manage a continent-wide sales network, identifying and cultivating new distribution channels, retail partnerships, and direct-to-consumer opportunities.Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities within the smart outdoor robotics sector to optimize sales planning and forecasting.Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive market positioning and customer journey.Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for executive leadership.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).[5+] years of progressive sales experience, with [3+] years in a leadership or management role, specifically within consumer electronics, smart home devices, robotics, or outdoor power equipment.Proven track record of building and managing a sales team from the ground up or significantly scaling an existing team.Demonstrable success in developing and expanding sales networks across North America.Strong understanding of the U.S. consumer market, sales cycles, and diverse sales channels (e.g., e-commerce, specialty retail, direct sales).Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced sales analytics tools.Ability to travel extensively as required.We´ll look forward to your applications!
