As the external trade compliance environment evolves, Mattson Technology now operates independently from the parent company in product, business, and operations, serving customers outside of China.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign experiments, collect data, analyze data and compile reports on process engineering experiments\nPerform root cause analysis, troubleshoot problems and resolve difficult process engineering issues\nMeasure film properties, interpret data, and make conclusion and recommendations\nSupport transfer of technology to field staff and customers, interact with account team and customers to resolve a variety of difficult process engineering problems\nManage process development and reliability projects\nProcess verification and troubleshooting at various customer sites\nDetailed documentation for presentations and technical issues during development and troubleshooting\nMonitor hardware performance and verify stability of newly developed processes.
