In this role, you’ll guide and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on across our .NET/C# platform, optimizing complex SQL-based data systems and shaping the next wave of our AI-driven capabilities.\nWhat you'll do:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code while reviewing contributions from other developers to ensure quality.\nAnalyze complex technical challenges, provide innovative solutions, and optimize performance.\nCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.\nManage work independently while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nParticipate in the training and/or mentoring programs as assigned or required.\nAdheres to the Quest Analytics Values and supports a positive company’s culture.\nResponds to the needs and requests of clients and Quest Analytics management and staff in a professional and expedient manner.\nOther Duties As Assigned\n\nWhat it requires:\nBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.\n7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, preferably at a healthcare SaaS environment.\n3+ Years of experience leading engineering projects or teams.\nWorked previously in an Agile, product-focused, and deadline-driven environment.\nUnderstanding of modern software development practices, including Agile, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing.
