Quality Manager - Electronics Manufacturing

Required Skills Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business Demonstrated experience in electronics and electrical components ie.(semiconductors, resistors, capacitors, transistors, processors etc.) 7+ years of experience in quality control or a related field Progressive leadership in leading a team of 300 or more associates (please list on resume) Flexible availability in accordance with production expectations Strong communication, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve business objectives Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels Attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Knowledge of quality control processes, procedures, and policies relevant industry standards and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Must have exp in electronics and electrical components ie.(semiconductors, resistors, capacitors, transistors, processors etc.) Must have Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry (must encompass production quality, incoming material quality, customer quality, and quality system management).
