The Program/Data Analyst will support project tracking, financial metrics, KPI reporting, and data analytics for engineering and construction programs.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform data analytics related to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics for construction and engineering projects.\nTrack budget execution and develop metric presentations and dashboards (Power BI, Excel, etc.).\nSupport project status reporting, schedule tracking, and performance analysis.\nPrepare reports, briefing materials, and data-driven recommendations for government stakeholders.\nCoordinate with project teams and leadership on data requirements and reporting.\nMinimum Qualifications\nU.S. Citizenship required (Green Card holders are not eligible to apply).\nMust be able to pass a T1 security background check.\nMinimum of five (5) years of financial management experience in a field related to construction, engineering, or project controls.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to analyze complex data and present clear, actionable insights.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.\nExperience supporting NAVFAC, DoD, or federal construction programs.\nFamiliarity with project management software and federal financial systems.\nAdditional Information ASR International Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
