This role is about meeting employees where they are and being that go-to resource on the floor to help every employee thrive.The OpportunityWe are entering a critical phase of growth, partnering with a major Boston-based healthcare system to bring Wellist directly to employees where they work.This is a fully onsite role, five days per week, across multiple hospital locations in the Greater Boston area. You will be physically present, engaging employees in real time. This is not a remote or hybrid position.Success will not come from passive tools or awareness campaigns.
