Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Perform administrative and office support activities. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, and working with in-house systems. Be the first point of contact and redirect calls or handle based on customer needs Handle incoming and outgoing mail Update policyholder's contact information such as phone number and email address Print and fax proof of insurance or send proof of insurance to the customer As State Farm Agent Team Member, you will receive...
