About The RoleWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our structured Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physiatry Program, working directly alongside a board-certified physiatrist.This is not a passive rounding role. This role is built around standardized visit cadence, outcome tracking, therapy alignment, interdisciplinary team engagement, and discharge planning support.Direct Physician MentorshipWork closely with an experienced physiatrist who provides oversight, education, and case-based teaching.Formal Education & DidacticsIn addition to one-on-one mentorship, our advanced practice providers participate in structured educational sessions led by our physician team. These include periodic case conferences, clinical topic reviews (e.g., spasticity management, complex pain strategies, frailty syndromes, rehabilitation optimization), grand rounds, and interdisciplinary learning discussions.
