Community Association Manager
HBS Stratford Community Management is looking for a Community Association Manager to complete our stellar team! Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
On-site management of large, upscale gated communities and Portfolio management of single-family, condominium, and townhome associations
Prepare annual budgets, including incorporating information from reserve studies
Analyze, understand, and implement items from the reserve studies
Prepare requests for proposals from contractors (RFP)
Analyze and evaluate bids
Negotiate contracts, as directed by the Board
Work with contractors to monitor progress of projects
Perform compliance inspections to ensure adherence to CC&Rs
Review and understand insurance requirements
Develop and implement policies and procedures
Prepare management reports and updates to present at Board meetings
Attend board meetings and follow up on items after a board meeting in a timely fashion
Maintain a strong relationship Board of Directors and with homeowners
Respond same day to both emails and phone calls received
Correspond, communicate, address, and resolve homeowner issues and concerns in a professional and efficient and timely manner.
Familiarity with each association’s governing documents: declarations, by-laws, and rules and regulations
Collaborate with Accounting Department to monitor aged owner balances
Collaborate with Accounting Department to process resales
Communicate with association board members, as appropriate, to pro-actively manage community's needs
On-call for after-hours emergencies
Respect and follow the policies and procedures of HBS, as well as the Community Association Manager guidelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
