VP, Finance and Operations

Lead Dog Recruiting is assisting a luxury floral and event design company in the greater Los Angeles area with a search for a VP, Finance and Operations. A big part of this company's revenue is events (think celebrity wedding type of thing). This is 100% onsite role and will be responsible for financial leadership, operational leadership as well as human resources/compliance. Requirements:5+ years in a senior (Dir or above) financial or operations roleStrong P&L ownership/finance management experience, (minimum $10M)Experience managing labor-heavy, logistics driven operations (for example: events, catering, hotel or even large restaurant group)History of holding people accountable, inspiring collaboration and driving execution with creative people
