We believe in giving team members the opportunity to take on meaningful challenges, build new skills and help shape the future of the brand.About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Controller to lead day-to-day accounting, manage a small team and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting to executive leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean environment, takes ownership and balances team leadership with getting into the details.Key Responsibilities:Oversee AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and monthly financial close.Prepare and review P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports; explain key changes to leadership.Manage inventory accounting, landed costs, COGS, and sales-channel reconciliations.Maintain sound internal controls, clear accounting procedures, and accurate records across business entities.Lead and develop the accounting team; coordinate with outside accountants and tax advisors.Support budgeting, cash management, and future QuickBooks/ERP improvements.Year end closingWho are we looking for?5+ years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience with responsibility for month-end close.Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, reconciliations, and accounting controls.Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.Experience leading or mentoring accounting staff.Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with a small team.Inventory, consumer products, e-commerce, or wholesale accounting experience preferred.This is a Monday-Friday, in office position with a yearly salary starting at $110,000-$140,000 dependent upon relevant experience and expertise.
