This role plays a critical part in executing the \"Shield playbook,\" ensuring consistency, operational excellence, and system alignment across acquisitions.\n\nThe Accounting Integrations Manager will lead key integration projects, optimize accounting processes, and establish financial controls across new and existing partner businesses. Over time, this role will evolve to build and manage a team focused on sustaining high standards of accounting integration and partner success.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nNetSuite & PSA Integration Development (Autotask, ConnectWise, HaloPSA)\nLead design, development, and maintenance of integrations between NetSuite and Autotask, ConnectWise Manage, and HaloPSA to automate billing and procurement workflows.\nBuild, deploy, and support SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteLet/RestLet automations.\nMaintain integration frameworks using Catalyst and custom API code.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data-sync and workflow errors across systems.\nNetSuite System Administration\nConfigure and administer NetSuite modules for billing, invoicing, and purchasing.\nManage user roles, permissions, and internal controls to ensure data integrity.\nOversee release updates and maintain compliance with API and feature changes.\nSupport data migration and transformation during partner onboarding.\nAccounting Process Enablement\nTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nDesign system workflows for recurring billing, PO automation, and reconciliation.\nSupport implementation of accounting automation strategies across STP’s platform.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nServe as the liaison between accounting, systems, and MSP partner teams.\nProvide documentation, training, and walkthroughs for finance and operations staff.\nCoordinate integration testing and deployment with U.S. and India-based teams\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n\nDeep technical expertise in NetSuite ERP.\nProficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs.\nExperience with data migration, transformation, and reconciliation.\nStrong project-management and documentation discipline.\nAbility to communicate effectively between technical and accounting teams.\n\nEducation and Work Experience\n\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.\n5+ years of combined experience in NetSuite administration and accounting systems integration.\nProven experience developing SuiteScript 2.0 and SuiteFlow automations.\nPrior exposure to accounting operations (billing, invoicing, purchasing).\n\nAbout Shield\nShield Technology Partners is a national IT Services platform formed through the collaboration between Thrive Holdings and ZBS Partners.
