As an Iron Worker/Welder/Fitter, you will be working on stadium bleachers and performing various welding tasks. This is a full-time, 1st shift position with a pay rate of $18.00/hr, paid weekly. Hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime. ResponsibilitiesMeasure, cut, and join metals to specified requirements. Perform assembly and MIG welding in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions. Inspect welds to ensure strength and appearance meet criteria. Read and interpret specifications and blueprints accurately. Use various hand tools including tape measures, squares, hammers, chisels, and center punches. Load parts securely in jigs for welding. Operate forklifts and machines to transport and position materials. Lift materials and components up to 100 lbs. QualificationsProven experience as a welder, fitter, or iron worker. Proficiency in MIG welding techniques in multiple positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead). Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Skilled in the use of hand tools and measuring equipment. Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs safely. Strong attention to detail and quality. Forklift operation experience preferred.
