WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in Geneva, NY. This role is ideal for an ICU-trained RN with strong clinical judgment, rapid assessment skills, and the ability to manage complex, high-acuity patients. Job Description: Compensation : $ 56.29 Job ID : 45211 Job Function: Shift: 36 hrs | 3x12 Nights | 7p-7:30a EOW/EOH. Evaluate and continuously monitor patient progress in the ICU . Identify sudden or subtle changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately . Provide timely updates to physicians, patients, and family members . Initiate treatments, administer medications, and monitor dosing . Respond to medical emergencies and activate appropriate clinical teams . Deliver comprehensive care throughout the patient's ICU stay . Complete all required documentation prior to patient transfer. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans.
