They are more than a loyal, dedicated workforce; they're the driving force behind our consistent revenue growth and long standing tenure since the company's inception in 1963.\r\nJob Skills / RequirementsPerforms the following duties:\r\nCarpet cleaning (Bonnet and Extract), scrubbing, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing hard surfaces floors\r\nMust be able to operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM propane burnishing equipment\r\nMust be able to operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment to include but not limited to floor buffers/burnishes, water extraction machine, and carpet cleaning equipment.\r\nFollow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility\r\nRemoval of Snow/ Salt Ice\r\nCampus trash\r\nMinimum Qualifications Education: High school degree preferred, but not required. Experience: Previous Floor care experience a plus. Requirements;\r\nAbility to reach, bend, push and pull.\r\nAbility to lift up to 70 lbs.\r\nReliable Transportation\r\nTeam focus approach requiring ability to work with others and take directions\r\nMust have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks with production and service time frames as established by the company.\r\nClean Tech Company is an equal opportunity employer.
