The ideal candidate brings a blend of consulting rigor, program leadership, and deep IT domain expertise, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, executable plans.\nKEY RESPONSIBLITIES\nProgram Leadership & Delivery\nLead end-to-end delivery of advisory programs across multiple client engagements\nDefine program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics\nManage cross-functional teams including SMEs, analysts, and client stakeholders\nEnsure high-quality deliverables aligned to client expectations and business outcomes\nIT Application Assessments\nOversee assessments of enterprise application landscapes (performance, cost, scalability, risk)\nIdentify opportunities for rationalization, modernization, and optimization\nTranslate findings into prioritized recommendations and business cases\nAnalyze Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) across application portfolios, including infrastructure, licensing, support, and operational costs\nIdentify cost optimization opportunities through consolidation, modernization, and retirement strategies\nDevelop data-driven recommendations that balance cost, performance, and business value\nSkills & Workforce Assessment\nLead evaluation of workforce capabilities across IT and business functions\nIdentify skill gaps aligned to future-state operating models\nDevelop upskilling, reskilling, and talent strategy recommendations\nPMO Deployment & Governance\nDesign and implement PMO frameworks tailored to client maturity levels\nEstablish governance models, reporting structures, and performance management processes\nDrive adoption of best practices in project and portfolio management\nRoadmap Development\nDevelop strategic and execution roadmaps aligned to business and technology objectives\nPrioritize initiatives based on value, risk, and feasibility\nAlign stakeholders around phased implementation plans\nIncorporate TCO analysis into prioritization and sequencing of initiatives\nAlign investment decisions with long-term cost efficiency and ROI\nStakeholder Engagement\nServe as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders\nFacilitate workshops, executive briefings, and decision-making sessions\nCommunicate complex insights in a clear, concise, and compelling manner\nContinuous Improvement\nCapture lessons learned and refine advisory methodologies\nContribute to development of reusable frameworks, tools, and accelerators\nQUALIFICATIONS\nRequired\n7–12+ years of experience in program management, consulting, or IT advisory\nProven experience leading enterprise-level transformation or assessment initiatives\nStrong knowledge of IT landscapes, application lifecycle, and PMO frameworks\nExperience developing strategic roadmaps and business cases\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced environment\nWillingness to travel as needed, with a mix of onsite and virtual delivery\nPreferred\nBackground in management consulting or advisory services\nExperience with industry frameworks (e.g., TIME, PACE, SFIA or similar models)\nFamiliarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies\nPMP, PgMP, or similar certification\nExperience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar\nAdditional Considerations\nLocation preference: Little Rock, Arkansas (not required)\nKEY COMPETENCIES\nStrategic thinking with strong execution discipline\nAnalytical and structured problem-solving\nLeadership and cross-functional team coordination\nClient-facing communication and influence\nAdaptability and resilience\nSUCCESS MEASURES\nDelivery of high-quality assessments and actionable recommendations\nSuccessful PMO implementations and governance adoption\nClient satisfaction, repeat engagements, and account growth\nMeasurable business impact from roadmap execution\nThe compensation for this position is $135,000 to $200,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
