You will play a key role in enhancing safety, improving product quality, and increasing operational efficiency while reducing costs. By partnering closely with operations, quality, and engineering teams, you will help solve complex challenges and build a culture of continuous improvement. Your work will directly impact productivity, customer satisfaction, and long-term business performance.\nLead and support process improvement initiatives and training to drive a culture of continuous improvement\nConduct root cause analysis and apply statistical methods to improve process capability and reduce defects\nPartner with operations teams to develop, implement, and sustain standard work and process documentation\nIdentify and execute improvements to reduce downtime, process interruptions, and delivery delays\nAnalyze data to evaluate project feasibility, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable cost savings\nFacilitate Kaizen events and implement CBS tools to improve operational performance\nCollaborate with Safety leadership to identify and implement improvements in high-risk or problem areas\nMap processes, identify gaps, develop solutions, and lead execution of improvement projects\n\nKnowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:\nRequired:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nExperience or exposure to continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment\nWorking knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, TPM) and Kaizen methodologies\nAbility to analyze data and apply problem-solving techniques, including root cause analysis\nStrong communication skills and ability to influence others in a fast-paced environment\nProficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping software\nPreferred:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field\nExperience participating in Kaizen events\nExperience with Six Sigma tools (SPC, control charts, capability analysis, Gage R&R)\nSix Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (or working toward certification)\nExperience with manufacturing systems (e.g., JDEdwards, SMART, Plant Apps, Master Control)\n\nThe salary range for this role is $75,000 – 88,000 annually.
