Area Manager

Area ManagerHealthcare Administration | Multi-Location Support | Growth Opportunity We're looking for an Area Manager to oversee multiple healthcare clinic locations and lead high-performing front desk and clinical teams. We want to hear from you Area Manager Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): Lead and support team members across front desk and clinical roles Ensure clinic compliance with company policies, HR standards, and healthcare regulations Manage and improve scheduling systems, queue flow, and daily clinic operations Oversee onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives Monitor revenue activity, A/R and A/P processes, and assist with local marketing Resolve patient or staff concerns with professionalism and efficiency Coordinate staff schedules and provider calendars (including on-call rotations) Manage inventory, supply ordering, and facility maintenance communications Handle deposits, payroll timekeeping, and front desk coverage when needed Area Manager Required Education, Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 4 years of medical office management experience required Minimum 4 years managing large teams (15+ employees) Deep knowledge of medical billing, insurance workflows, and EMR/EHR systems Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail Ability to travel occasionally between clinic locations Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Professional, compassionate, and solution-oriented mindset Area Manager Benefits Offered: Health Insurance (Single & Family Plans Available) Life Insurance Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Employee Discount Program Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Area Manager Physical Requirements: Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use hands for typing or operating office equipment Occasionally required to reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Perform repetitive motions, including typing and reaching above shoulder level Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and/or carry up to 25 pounds Vision requirements include peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
