Deliver care aligned with established standards and guidelines.Respond promptly to telephone inquiries, triaging calls appropriately while offering reassurance, clear education, and guidance to patients.Facilitate smooth healthcare delivery during patient visits by ensuring medical records are accurate and up-to-date.
