Legal Assistant to Paralegals
Job Description
Looking for a legal assistant to the Paralegals. Core administrative duties would include:Scheduling meetings, managing calendars for attorneys and paralegalsAnswering phones and communicating with clientsOrganizing and maintaining case files (physical and digital)Drafting routine documents (letters, forms, basic pleadings)Formatting legal documents for court submissionProofreading for grammar, formatting, and completenessGathering and organizing evidence and recordsPreparing exhibits and binders for hearings or trialsAssisting with client intake (collecting initial information)Sending updates to clients about case statusRequesting records (medical, financial, etc.)Using case management software (Clio)Handling confidential information securely
