Job Description OverviewOur client located in Clearwater, Florida is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in managing personal injury cases from inception through resolution, ensuring efficient case progression and client communication. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic legal environment that values accuracy, organization, and proactive case management. This position requires litigation experience.This role is hybrid/remote after learning office procedures. Bonus potential. Pay posted may include bonus.DutiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from initiation through litigationGather, analyze, and research relevant information and documentsEducate clients on case progression and set realistic expectationsEscalate issues to attorneys as neededMaintain and organize client files efficientlyCalculate, track, and manage case deadlinesReview, analyze, and summarize case files and medical recordsDraft, review, and file legal documents, including discovery responses, motions, complaints, and other pleadingsAssist attorneys with case preparation for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trialsPrepare a variety of legal documents as requiredPerform other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Paralegal Certification; preferredPersonal Injury (Plaintiff) experience, requiredLitigation experience requiredComplex Litigation and Personal Injury experience a plusFederal Court experience a plusSKILLS REQUIRED:Proficient with computers and standard office equipmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to follow instructions, adapt quickly, and meet deadlinesDemonstrated sound judgment and ability to work independentlyProven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleaguesProfessional demeanor and appearanceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSkilled in planning, organization, and reportingStrong multitasking and time-management abilities with a focus on prioritizationCustomer service–oriented with strong interpersonal skillsEffective follow-up and attention to detailAbility to handle sensitive and confidential client information with discretionProficient in legal administration and professional legal writingCompany DescriptionAll Legal Staff, Inc.
