Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus availableOpportunity:/nCT Technologist - CT Tech/n/nJob Details:/n• Dual role position combining X-Ray and CT Tech responsibilities/n• 2 years minimum experience required/n• Work with patients of all ages including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics/n• Provide services primarily to emergency department and inpatient populations with some outpatient exams/n• Perform basic X-ray exams including chest, abdomen, and extremities/n• Conduct CT exams ranging from routine head, chest, and abdomen/pelvis to advanced CTA studies of head/carotid and PE studies/n• Required to perform portable imaging procedures/n• Must have experience with extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal, and upper/lower extremities/n• Float between departments as needed/n• Any scrub color acceptable/n• Epic charting system experience required/n• NY State License required in hand to submit/n• Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS, ARRT CT preferred, ARRT Advanced Cert preferred/n• IV certification required on NY license/n• Community hospital experience preferred/n• Adult acute care, adult outpatient, and emergency department experience required/n• Must be able to prepare and administer contrast media/n• Experience with Siemens equipment and PACS systems required/n/nFacility:/nThis community hospital provides comprehensive medical services with a focus on emergency and inpatient care.
