Job Description: Payroll CoordinatorLocation: Hallsville, TXCompany: Warfab LLCEmployment Type: Full-Time Position SummaryWarfab LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Coordinator with strong experience in the Paycom HRIS system. This role is responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and company policies. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of payroll experience and advanced knowledge of Paycom functionalities, including timekeeping, benefits, and reporting.Key Responsibilities·        Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll using the Paycom HRIS system with a high level of accuracy·        Maintain and audit employee payroll records, including earnings, deductions, and tax information·        Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations·        Manage timekeeping data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate labor reporting·        Administer payroll-related aspects of employee benefits, deductions, and garnishments·        Generate payroll reports and assist with financial audits and compliance reviews·        Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll and HRIS operations·        Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and system access·        Support onboarding and offboarding processes within Paycom, including setup and final pay processing·        Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company dataRequired Qualifications·        Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred·        2–3 years of payroll processing experience·        Experience with Garnishments and other regulated withholdings·        Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (required)·        Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools·        High attention to detail and accuracy·        Strong organizational and time management skills·        Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred Qualifications·        Paycom HRIS payroll system ·        Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments·        Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus·        Experience with multi-state payroll processing·        Experience with Per Diem and travel payKey Competencies·        Integrity & confidentiality·        Analytical thinking·        Accountability & dependability·        Customer service mindset·        Technical proficiency with HRIS systemsWhy Join Warfab LLC·        Competitive compensation and benefits package·        Opportunity to work in a growing, employee-focused organization·        Collaborative team environment
