It annually hosts premier events such as the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, TaylorMade Pebble Beach Invitational, Pebble Beach Food & Wine and PURE Insurance Championship Impacting First Tee.\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nPresent a warm and friendly demeanor in all interactions.\nMust memorize and present scripted directions.\nMust be able to function with limited supervision.\nAbility to maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations.\nMust greet every vehicle that comes to the Pavilion.\nHave the knowledge to direct every vehicle to its appropriate destination.\nFor guests checking into the Lodge/Casa Palmero, radio name and description of vehicle to Guest Services staff before vehicle arrives at the door.\nMust be familiar with daily activities and be able to quickly dispense the appropriate information.\nAnticipate any problems or concerns that might arise.\nKnows models and integrates Pebble Beach Company culture (mission, values, and standards).\nComply with the Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures.\n\nAbsolutely Required Skills:\nMust be a good communicator, both orally and in written form.\nPresent a professional image in dress and communication.\nMust be able to stand for long periods of time.\nAbility to work independently and interface equally well with co-workers, guests and visitors.\nMust be willing to work flexible hours, any day of the week including holidays.\n\nDesired Skills:\nKnowledge of the Pebble Beach Resorts and the Monterey Peninsula.\n\nWhy work for Pebble Beach Company:\nCompetitive Pay: $16.50/hour plus service charges.\nEnjoy world-class health and wellness benefits.
