As our company grows, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic entry-level software developer to join our team.\nThis is a hybrid position that requires you to be on-site in Holmen and/or Sparta, WI several days a week.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDive deep into customer needs, defining criteria for deliverability, performance, design, and costs. You’ll be developing, implementing, and validating cutting-edge solutions.\nEstimate resources, set timelines, and contribute to project plans, ensuring every detail is covered. You'll present technical solutions to clients and bridge the gap between their needs and our expertise.\nStay on top of project progress with periodic status checks, assist with re-forecasting as necessary, and keep everyone in the loop with weekly status and time reports.
