Salary Range: $170K-$190K/Annum Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Service Line Sales Leader to drive business growth for the iNXT Oil & Gas vertical.The role will be responsible for hunting new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and positioning digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, engineering, and managed services solutions to Oil & Gas clients.The ideal candidate will have strong industry relationships, experience selling IT services, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets in the Energy/Oil & Gas sector. Key Responsibilities:Drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.Develop and execute account growth strategies within Oil & Gas clients.Identify, qualify, and close new logo opportunities.Build and maintain CXO-level relationships across upstream, midstream, downstream, and oilfield services organizations.Position iNXT offerings including:Digital TransformationCloud & Infrastructure ServicesData & AnalyticsAI & GenAI SolutionsEngineering & Product DevelopmentApplication Development & ModernizationManaged ServicesCollaborate with delivery, solution, and presales teams to create winning proposals and solutions.Lead RFP/RFI responses, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.Develop strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and technology partners.Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer forums.Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and opportunity management within CRM tools. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).10+ years of experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Digital Sales.5+ years of experience selling into Oil & Gas or Energy clients.Strong understanding of Oil & Gas business processes and digital transformation initiatives.Proven track record of closing large multi-million-dollar deals.Experience managing executive-level customer relationships.Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Ability to travel as required.
