In this role, you will work directly with The Restaurant Store Accounting team as well as the broader Clark Associates Finance organization to deliver reporting, analysis, and insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.\nThis role requires strong collaboration across Finance and Accounting teams, with an emphasis on understanding business context, improving reporting accuracy, and enabling decision-making through scalable data solutions.\nThis role is a preferred hybrid role, if you are local to Lititz, PA, with one day in the office a week to ensure valuable face time with the team.\n\nResponsibilities\nReporting & Data Storytelling\n\nTranslate financial and operational data into clear, accurate, and actionable insights\n\nBuild and maintain Power BI and Excel-based reporting solutions aligned to business needs\n\nAnticipate stakeholder needs and structure analyses to answer key business questions\n\nEnsure reporting is accurate, consistent, and aligned with defined data and metric standards\n\nStakeholder Collaboration & Business Partnership\n\nPartner with stakeholders to understand business goals, constraints, and reporting needs\n\nTranslate business problems into structured analytical questions and reporting solutions\n\nCollaborate on KPI definitions, report design, and data requirements to ensure alignment\n\nSet clear expectations around timelines, scope, and deliverables\n\nBusiness & Financial Acumen\n\nApply financial knowledge to contextualize reporting and analysis\n\nConnect insights to broader business strategy, KPIs, and operational performance\n\nUnderstand how financial and operational processes impact reported results\n\nData Modeling & Reporting\n\nExtract and combine data from multiple sources (Snowflake, SQL, Excel, semantic models, etc.)\n\nDevelop and interpret SQL queries and DAX measures to support analysis\n\nValidate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reporting layers\n\nBuild, enhance, and maintain Power BI data models and reporting solutions\n\nEnsure models are efficient, scalable, and aligned with best practices\n\nProcess & Operational Support\n\nMaintain recurring operational reporting for The Restaurant Store Accounting team\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve reporting consistency and automation\n\nStay current on BI, Snowflake, and data visualization best practices\n\nProject Ownership & Execution\n\nOwn projects end-to-end from intake through delivery\n\nManage multiple priorities and communicate tradeoffs when needed\n\nProvide accurate timelines and structured project plans\n\nIndependently manage stakeholder relationships with appropriate support as needed\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nWork is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.\n\nRequires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.\n\nRequires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.\n\nRequires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.\n\nRequires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.\n\nRemote Work Qualifications\n\nAccess to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.\n\nAccess to a home router and modem.\n\nA dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free.
