General Manager - Restaurant
A high volume restaurant, bar, and nightlife venue located in Red Bank is seeking an experienced General Manager.
This multi-concept space includes a full service restaurant, bar, rooftop nightlife area, and private dining rooms. The General Manager will lead front of house operations, manage staff and service standards, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction while maintaining strong operational performance.
This role is ideal for a hands on hospitality professional who thrives in fast paced environments and has experience managing both restaurant and bar operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee all front of house operations including dining room, bar, rooftop, and private events
Lead, coach, and develop management and service staff
Maintain high service standards and ensure a strong guest experience
Work closely with ownership and leadership on operational goals
Oversee opening and closing procedures and daily service execution
Lead the development and refinement of the cocktail program, including menu innovation, quality control, and bar training
Qualifications
Experience in high volume restaurants, bars, or nightlife venues
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to manage multiple service areas simultaneously
Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
Preferred Experience
Managing large teams
Familiarity with restaurant POS
Experience developing or expanding a cocktail program, craft bar menu, or beverage program
Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail trends, and bar training for staff
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
