{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"3e497326e0012c1953d73408","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/3e497326e0012c1953d73408","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/3e497326e0012c1953d73408","title":"Practice Support Analyst IND","description":"Job Overview\r\nAs a dedicated support associate, you will work closely with Ameriprise financial advisors to provide outstanding client service and support daily operations.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nAssist Ameriprise financial advisors in servicing clients including preparing basic financial plans, conducting investment research and completing trades and transactions (money movement, new account opening, etc.) as described by the advisor.\r\nPrepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling and confirming meetings, creating the agenda, and summarizing discussions with necessary follow-up.\r\nPrepare and ensure new business paperwork is successfully submitted including preparing forms, obtaining appropriate signatures, preparing documentation to send to head office, tracking new insurance/annuity applications and coordinating rollovers.\r\nPrepare for and coordinate marketing events, including creating marketing compliance documentation.\r\nProvide general administrative duties such as answering the advisor's phone, processing expense management reports, preparing routine client correspondence, setting up client files, copying and new business correspondence and alerts.\r\nAssist advisors in increasing their social media presence (Facebook & LinkedIn) with relevant and timely content.\r\nHelp clients enroll/servicing on various Ameriprise tools.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nWillingness to pursue licensing certifications as needed (SERIES 7 and possibly State Securities, State IAR, State Insurance).\r\nWilling to work evening hours: 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. (9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST).\r\nGraduate in finance discipline (0-1 year experience or 1-year diploma is preferred).\r\nGood communication skills.\r\nBasic understanding of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.\r\nExposure to financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, retirement services, etc. is an added advantage.\r\nMust have an eye to detail with high accuracy levels.\r\nAbility to meet strict timelines per the agreed SLAs for advisor practices.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience interacting with advisors or U.S. business partners.\r\nEmployment Details\r\nFull Time\r\nTiming: 8:00 p.m. – 4:30 a.m.\r\nBusiness Unit: AWMPO AWMP&S President's Office\r\nJob Family Group: Business Support & Operations\r\nEqual Opportunity Statement\r\nAmeriprise India LLP is an equal opportunity employer.
