This role is involved in setting up, performing, and collecting data from engineering tests, in order to document results that aid in developmental design decisions. Along with these responsibilities, the role is responsible for the assembly of engineering test fixtures to promote efficiency and safety.RequirementsProvide technical support to the engineering team during the design and manufacturing process.Provide fabrication/assembly support for engineering test fixtures, setups, prototype builds.Support in the design of test fixtures and assembly.Set up & perform tests, collect data, and document performance, reports results out to engineering.Assist in implementing improvements in production, efficiency, and quality.Provide documentation and process support.Conduct process evaluations and identify process improvement opportunities, communicating those opportunities to the appropriate teams.Troubleshoot manufacturing and technical problems to identify root causesCalibrate equipment.Perform work in a safe manner and in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
