program.\n\nDevelop strategies to expand online assortment through strategic supplier partnerships.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational performance.\n\nEstablish processes and standards that allow the drop ship business to scale effectively.\n\nMonitor industry trends and emerging capabilities across ecommerce, marketplaces, fulfillment, and drop ship.\n\nSupplier Strategy & Management\n\nIdentify and evaluate potential drop ship supplier partners in partnership with Merchandising and Category Management.\n\nLead supplier onboarding, implementation, testing, and operational readiness.\n\nEstablish expectations for supplier performance, fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and customer experience.\n\nDevelop supplier scorecards and conduct regular business reviews.\n\nBuild strong supplier relationships while holding partners accountable to agreed-upon performance standards.\n\nPartner with suppliers to identify and resolve recurring operational issues.\n\nFulfillment & Operational Performance\n\nMonitor supplier performance including order acceptance, fulfillment speed, shipping compliance, cancellation rates, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.\n\nIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities through operational and business performance data.\n\nWork cross-functionally to resolve fulfillment, inventory, product, and customer experience issues.\n\nDevelop and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce operational issues.\n\nSupport promotional events, seasonal initiatives, new supplier launches, and assortment expansions.\n\neCommerce & Merchandising Partnership\n\nPartner with Merchandising and Category Management to identify assortment gaps and new vendor opportunities.\n\nIdentify online assortment \"white space\" and recommend products or supplier partnerships to fill customer needs.\n\nPartner with Digital Merchandising to ensure product content, inventory availability, and assortment presentation support online conversion.\n\nSupport the launch of new products and suppliers across the ecommerce experience.\n\nUse customer and product performance insights to identify opportunities for assortment expansion.\n\nCross-Functional Leadership & Process Improvement\n\nPartner with Supply Chain, IT, Digital Product, Customer Service, Finance, and Merchandising to improve the drop ship experience.\n\nLead cross-functional initiatives that improve automation, operational efficiency, and scalability.\n\nPartner with IT and business teams on system enhancements, integrations, testing, and new capabilities.\n\nDevelop documentation, processes, and performance standards to support long-term program growth.\n\nUse data and analytics to make recommendations and communicate performance to leadership and business partners.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n\nBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, eCommerce, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n5+ years of experience in eCommerce, supply chain, merchandising, vendor management, operations, digital retail, or a related field.\n\nExperience managing supplier or vendor relationships and holding external partners accountable to performance expectations.\n\nExperience with drop ship, vendor-direct, extended aisle, marketplace, ecommerce fulfillment, or a similar business model is strongly preferred.\n\nStrong analytical skills with experience using Excel or similar tools to analyze operational and business performance.\n\nExperience developing KPIs, scorecards, or performance reporting.\n\nStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives.\n\nExcellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external supplier partners.\n\nA continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into scalable solutions.\n\nExperience implementing or working with ecommerce platforms, integrations, or digital retail technology is a plus.\n\nFuture or
