We are building a Washington, DC team to support real estate portfolio management, customer account management, and occupancy operations for a large multi-tenant federal office building.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nThis role builds the dashboards, performance measures, management reports, and data controls that let leadership see occupancy, customer, and financial performance clearly and act on it.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\nDevelop and maintain management dashboards covering occupancy, vacancy, utilization, tenant pipeline, agreement status, revenue forecasts, and open issues.\nIntegrate information from occupancy, financial, customer, and facilities sources into consistent reporting.\nEstablish data controls, quality checks, and audit trails across occupancy, financial, tenant, and spatial data.\nProduce concise, exception-based management reporting that identifies decisions needed, overdue actions, and emerging risks.\nDevelop key performance indicators and support recurring management reviews.\nSupport internal reviews, audits, and management inquiries with accurate underlying data.\n\nWhat You Need\n\nFour years of data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or program performance experience.\nExperience integrating information from multiple sources.\nAbility to produce concise, exception-based management reporting.\n\nNice to Have\n\nProficiency in Power BI or Tableau, and strong Excel and SQL skills.\nExperience reporting on real estate, facilities, or workplace data.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nThis position is based on site in Washington, DC during core business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.\nEmployment is conditioned on the candidate receiving a favorable security investigation for unescorted access to a federal facility.
